  • Ramsey J Frangie – Owner/President

Ramsey is the founder of Ramate, Inc. Your experience with Ramate begins with Ramsey and he is involved throughout the duration of the project. Not only does Ramsey initially meet with the client he also estimates the job and manages the project to ensure the customer is getting what they envision.  Ramsey is also founder and part owner of Florida Shoreline & Foundation Experts which is helping customers throughout Florida with their foundation issues as well as their shoreline restoration needs. Ramsey attended the University of South Florida where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance, and later earned his MBA.

When not working (which is rare) Ramsey enjoys scuba diving and traveling. Ramsey is the Chairman of the Art Center of Sarasota.

  • Matt Passifiume

Matt Passifiume joined the Ramate Construction Team. Matt has a wide variety of construction experience including sink whole remediation, under pinning, extensive experience in all types of driven piling, drilled piling, ground improvement, grouting and shoring.

  • Dan Westerfield

Dan joined Ramate Construction in December of 2013. Dan has over 30+ years of building experience serving in capacities of Project Executive, Sr. Project Manager, and Project Coordinator. Dan holds a Manager of Environmental Safety and Health Certification, OSHA 500 Trainer Course Certification, as well as an AGC Total Safety Performance Instructor certification. His previous scope of work has included multi-family, residential, industrial with projects ranging from $1 million to over $10 million.

  • Patty Doll

Patty was hired March of 2015 as Ramate Construction’s executive administrative assistant. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of the office. With more than 20+ years of experience, Patty has strong administrative skills, a deep knowledge of contracts and property accounting, and excellent communication skills. She is responsible for initiating and dispatching work order requests, employee relations, and overseeing the local accounts receivable and payable functions. Prior to coming to Ramate Construction, Patty worked in the field of construction for pool and design for 11+ years. She is a licensed property manager, holding a CAM license. Patty graduated with Davenport Business College and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business management with a minor in health.
